This approved project transforms a single large Cliffside Waterfront home into two luxurious residences in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. By utilising the existing concrete shell, each residence will feature four bedrooms, a rumpus room, and a bar that opens onto the pool and deck.
This Architectural renovation retains a large portion of the original structure creates efficiency in both budget and construction time.
