The duplex project was designed to fit on a narrow, sloping site in a dense urban area. We used a variety of strategies to make the most of the limited space, including orienting the units to maximise natural light and views, and careful space planning to utilise every square metre to give this duplex a sense of space. Our aim was to make each dwelling feel like a home, and not a duplex.

This project is a great example of how design can be used to create a functional, comfortable, and sustainable homes.
