Feasiblity Studies & Preliminary Advice
Arkhaus offers a Feasibility Study and Schematic Design service to provide an initial assessment of your project's potential. This process involves site analysis, regulatory review, and preliminary design concepts. While we strive to identify key constraints and opportunities early, feasibility assessments are inherently high-level and may not uncover all risk factors until further investigations or specialist reports are undertaken. By engaging in this phase, clients gain an informed starting point to determine whether their project is viable before committing to full-scale development.
Once feasibility is established, our Schematic Design process explores spatial arrangements, form, and materiality. We collaborate with clients to refine the design while considering local planning regulations and site conditions. It’s important to note that schematic designs are conceptual and subject to refinement as additional details emerge in later project stages.
