During the Construction Phase, Arkhaus offers oversight and advisory services to help ensure that the project is delivered in alignment with the approved design. This includes periodic site inspections, design clarification, and responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) from builders and contractors. While our role supports quality control, we do not assume the responsibilities of a builder or project manager, and final execution remains the responsibility of the contractor.

Our team can assist with tender negotiations, material selection queries, and defect inspections as required. However, it is important for clients to understand that construction projects may be subject to unforeseen site conditions, contractor performance, and regulatory compliance checks, all of which may impact timelines or require adaptations.
